Official Rules
Entries open: October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern.
Prizes awarded: After the giveaway closes. The promotion ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
The planned program
- An October–December 2026 entry campaign for eligible Florida HVAC businesses, with prizes awarded after the giveaway closes.
- One Smart Business grand prize: $750 setup + $891 for three months of access = $1,641.
- Three Smart Web second prizes: $250 setup + $291 for three months of access = $541 each.
- Up to one Smart Business referral companion prize valued at $1,641, for the grand prize only. Base total: $3,264; maximum total with the companion prize: $4,905.
- Free entry. No purchase necessary. Blueprint purchases do not affect winning chances.
After prize access
Winners may choose Smart Web at $97/month or Smart Business at $297/month, subject to the selected plan’s scope and disclosed usage costs. No paid continuation begins automatically.

Eligibility: Open to owners or authorized representatives of HVAC businesses that are legally operating in Florida, are 18 or older, and are U.S. residents. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. One entry per business.
Entry period: October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
How to enter: Complete the free entry form at hvaclauncher.com/giveaway. No purchase or payment is required.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize of Smart Business, including one-time setup and 90 days of access (approximate retail value $1,641). Three (3) Second Prizes of Smart Web, each including one-time setup and 90 days of access (approximate retail value $541 each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3,264 (or up to $4,905 if a referral companion prize is awarded). Prizes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Existing customers: If a winner is already an HVAC Launcher customer, the prize will be applied as 90 days of service at no charge, starting with the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for past payments.
Winner selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 5, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing. A winner must respond within 10 days or an alternate winner may be selected.
After the prize period: After 90 days, a winner may choose to continue at the regular monthly rate or cancel. There is no obligation to continue.
General: Taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility. The Sponsor may cancel or change the promotion if fraud or technical problems occur. By entering, you agree to these rules.
